Would you play a 1.7.10 Pack at this point if it was well made and unique enough?

So, before I begin, let me give a little background. Around November 2016 I came up with a pack idea meant to 'give 1.7.10 a proper send off' since I consider 1.7.10 to be a 'golden age' for modded Minecraft due to the sheer variety and amount of content. This modpack was called 'GroundCity: Best of 1.7.10'. An early version was released late that month, but it wasn't my full plan. My plan was for this pack to have over 250 mods, three gamemodes, and a quest book. However, when I proposed the idea to a group I'm a member of, they did not think it would ever take off, and tried to convince me to give up the project and move to 1.10.2. Around March 2017, development was progressing very slowly, so I gave in and dropped the project. However, recently, I have felt the urge to go back and finish it, because I wouldn't feel comfortable letting it sit there incomplete. Before I get too far into development though, I want to see the interest in a pack for 1.7.10. I also have a few questions for those who are interested.

• Do you have any mod suggestions? (I'll post the modlist in a bit)

• Is there anything I could do to make this more unique?

• How long are you willing to wait for a release?

• Modes: Standard, Challenge, and Rage Mode - Rage Mode will be a separate pack.

• Mods: Currently 268 (You'll need a good PC to run this)

• Quests: In the main pack they follow challenge Mode.
